Anyone can buy design and engineering software. Our high-power RF and microwave engineering teams have the industry experience and capacity to fully utilize it. From laboratory research and development, to creating new components and adaptations for existing components, our design and engineering department has the ability to partner with customers, diagnose their needs, and provide a solution based on their exact requirements.
Manufacturing
Microwave Techniques manufacturing processes take place in-house, with our large machining and manufacturing teams across several state-of-the-art production facilities. Quality, innovation, reliability, and manufacturing excellence are the principles we stand by. Our experienced machinists are talented in fabricating custom projects with very close tolerances.

High-Power RF and Microwave Test Lab
Microwave Techniques has one of the most advanced RF laboratories in the world. Our group offers several types of pressure testing, leak testing, vacuum testing, flow testing, and much more. Having designated teams, facilities, departments, equipment, and specific testing areas allow us to test, assemble, and optimize components in an ultra-clean environment. All equipment is calibrated and maintained annually per our ISO quality certifications.
Customer Product Testing with Microwave
If, like many of our systems customers, you have never owned an industrial microwave before, then it can be a daunting task to try to evaluate whether such a product will meet your requirements. We encourage all prospective clients to come visit us in Nashua, New Hampshire and bring your product with you. Altneratively, you can ship your product to us. Either way, our team will run your product through our microwave systems. Then, we will report the microwave treatment and product testing results back to you in detail.

Our simulation and modeling tools allow us to provide detailed information to our customers regarding electromagnetic, thermal, mechanical, cyclical, and pressure analysis. These visual represenations and technical data allow our clients to make an informed decision on the design of components and understanding exactly how certain devices work within a system.

Component Refurbishment
Microwave Techniques leverages its longstanding history of understanding components and manufacturing expertise to offer component refurbishment for certain product lines. Most notably for our industrial microwave component product line, Microwave Techniques has component refurbishment programs for high-power RF and microwave circulators, as well as magnetron tubes.
