This highly versatile, fully integrated microwave unit comes equipped with a switch mode generator, delivering efficient and reliable power at 15kW or 30kW.
Precise Computer Control
The generator in the MIP3 | Batch Tempering and Drying Oven is controlled by a Programmable Logic Control (PLC) processor. While the PLC operates the control software for the generator, the processor also enables constant power operation and preset power levels. In addition, it provides a digital display of status information, including actual versus set point power, and fault diagnostics.
A Compact, Fully-Integrated System
The MIP3 | Batch Tempering and Drying Oven is a combined generator and cavity (applicator), which supplies microwave energy to items placed inside the cavity. The cavity turntable optimizes product temperature uniformity. An additional exhaust fan can be added to remove moisture from the cavity. Precise product temperature is maintained with simple time and generator power adjustments.
Uniform Microwave Heating
The MIP3 provides uniform microwave heating, and enables product drying or tempering with consistency using MT’s unique rotary table. Precise computer control of processing variables enables predictable temperature increase, final target temperature attainment, and advanced moisture capabilities for specialized drying applications. An optional blower (exhaust fan) or other modifications are available for certain applications involving moisture removal.

The MIP3 system meets or exceeds all applicable national standards for Microwave Leakage & Safety Electromagnetic Interference as well as National Electrical Code electrical safety and practice criteria.
