About Continuous Microwave Cooking Systems
How does product move through the system?
A standard, 3-foot wide (0.9 meter) positive drive, articulated belt of microwave transparent material transports the food product through the oven. However, non-standard belts in other widths and materials are also available.
What are the typical foods processed in a continuous microwave cooking system?
Portion-controlled bacon, pre-cooked bacon, raw bacon, other meats, poultry, fish, and other food products.
Are there safety features integrated into the system?
Interlocking access doors on the microwave generators meet all applicable government (OSHA and Health and Human Services) safety standards. These provide the safest operating environment available on the marketplace. In addition, fittings can also be provided on the oven to interface with an optional, customer-supplied fire suppression system. Also, lights and customer-supplied temperature sensors may be used in the oven to send signals to trigger the system.
How is a continuous microwave cooking unit able to be regularly and thoroughly cleaned?
The system ovens and transmitters are manufactured from stainless steel, 4-rated, and wash-down safe.
